When traditional methods don’t work – Understanding neurodivergent children

3h workshop

Time & Location

Nov 27, 2026, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Zoom workshop

About the event

Children with atypical development (ASD, ADHD) may sometimes display reactions and behaviors that are very different from what we know about typical child development. This workshop will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the unique characteristics, challenges, and needs of these children.

Each theoretical concept will be supported by concrete examples from everyday life, making it easier to connect the material to the realities of a childcare setting. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical strategies and tools that will enable them to support neurodivergent children, promote their development, and help them succeed.

The 6-hour option also includes:

  • Sensory challenges

  • Executive functioning

  • Emotional regulation
